What a way to visit the Eiffel Tower!
Every seasoned traveler has a bucket list of places they want to visit, and the Eiffel Tower remained unchecked on my list for too long. But I wanted to do it in style, so I booked the Eiffel Tower dinner at Madame Brasserie. I especially liked the beef with potatoes covered with bordelaise sauce. The restaurant was a bit crowded, but that's expected for this type of venue. Anyway, the food was delicious, and the view from the first floor of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular!

Before I made reservations for me and my husband, I read an article about Thiery Marx's molecular gastronomy approach. It tickled my fancy, so I wanted to give it a go, and it was fantastic! I loved white asparagus with French caviar twist, as well as celery mousseline. I wish to commend the staff who were attentive but not a bit intrusive. If you're into trying well-known French dishes but in a surprising new way, give it a go!

- In order to visit the Eiffel Tower and gain access to the first floor where Madame Brasserie is located, you will be asked to show your ID card or passport.
