Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise is a good value

As a first-time visitor to Paris, I feel that the Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise were definitely worth it. It allowed me to visit the famous monument and later to go on a Seine River cruise. I did it all on the first day so that I could orient myself better. I learned much of the fascinating history of this city and saw Notre Dame, Champs de Mars, Les Invalides, and loads of others for a fair price.

Cruise on the River Seine and a visit to the Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower tour was great! The meeting point was easy to find and instructions from our guide excellent. We had Carolina as our guide and she did an excellent job explaining to us the history of the Eiffel. However, my favorite part was the Seine River Cruise, it was so beautiful and peaceful! Highly recommend booking this ticket.

EXPERT GUIDE

Join your guide to the foot of the Eiffel Tower and through the entrance. As you ascend to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, your guide will tell you many intriguing stories about the Iron Lady. For example, did you know that the Eiffel Tower was built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution in 1889? It was supposed to be only a temporary attraction with the plan to dismantle it after 20 years. Why did the French decide to keep it? Your guide will tell you the answer to that and many other questions. Feel free to ask whatever you have on your mind!

EXPLORE SECOND FLOOR OF THE EIFFEL TOWER

After you arrive on the second floor, take in the amazing panoramic view of Paris. As you stand 125 meters above ground level, you can see for up to 70 kilometers (43 mi) on a clear day. All of the famous monuments will be in the palm of your hand. Parisian landmarks that you'll be able to see include Notre Dame de Paris, Champs de Mars, Haussmann boulevards, Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Seine River, Palais Garnier, Trocadéro Gardens, Les Invalides, the Louvre, and many more!

A ONE HOUR CRUISE ON THE RIVER SEINE

The Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise ticket allows you to enjoy a cruise on the River Seine within 6 months of visiting the Eiffel Tower. The departure point for your boat is located near the foot of the Eiffel Tower, by Pont de Bir-Hakeim. As you sit back and take in the view from the River Seine, you will benefit from the audio commentary available in multiple languages. First you will pass by the Les Invalides, a historical building that houses Napoleon's tomb! Next, you'll be able to admire the famous Musée d’Orsay. As you glide by Ile de la Cité, a small river island, you'll see the Notre Dame de Paris. Later, you will pass near the Hôtel de Ville, the illustrious Paris city hall. During your cruise on the River Seine, you will see the Louvre Museum. Not far from there is the largest public square in Paris, Place de la Concorde. The last of the famous landmarks that you'll see is the Grand Palais. The boat will then take you back to your starting point at the foot of the Eiffel Tower!
